The red appetiser features tuna ceviche followed by a tabbouleh salad course, representing the distinct green shade. The white colour is embedded in mains with steamed hammour, while the final black course comprises a cream of tayn and tawarikh (chocolate coffee mousse, date and fig pudding with rose and honey coulis).

The contemporary Northern Chinese restaurant will be launching a new Saturday brunch with the weekend mood elevated by a live saxophonist and beats from DJ Ivan Minuti. Inspired by travels to Japan, the menu is carefully curated to appeal to all palates and features tuna sushi, salmon sushi, crazy prawn tempura, crunchy California and plenty more. Chef signatures include rolls such as rocky roll (unagi, tempura prawn, crab stick wrapped with avocado) and dragon maki (grilled prawns wrapped with avocado, tuna and unagi covered with teriyaki sauce).
